At AzulWeb, we are committed to delivering quality services and ensuring your satisfaction. This refund policy applies to all our services.
1. Setup Fee (One-Time Payment)
The setup fee covers the initialization, design, and configuration work required to build your website.
- Full refund available if you cancel your order within 48 hours of payment and no work has yet been started.
- Non-refundable once onboarding has begun (first brief exchange, start of design or development work).
To request a refund within this window, contact us at contact@azulweb.ma with your order number.
2. Monthly Subscriptions (Présence & Premium Plans)
Our monthly subscriptions cover hosting, maintenance, security, and content updates for your website.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and are non-refundable once the current billing period has started.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your site remains online until that date.
- No pro-rata refund is granted for unused days within the current billing month.
3. Pre-Launch Revision Period
Before your site goes live, you benefit from a 7-day revision period to review the work and request adjustments. This period is designed to ensure the final result meets your expectations.
Once your approval has been received and the site has been launched, no refund can be granted on the grounds of dissatisfaction with the design or content.
4. One-Time Services (Custom Website, SEO, Branding)
For services delivered outside of subscription plans:
- Full refund available if you cancel before work has started.
- Partial refund available if you cancel while work is in progress — the refunded amount corresponds to the portion of work not yet completed, as assessed by AzulWeb.
- No refund once the service has been completed and delivered.
5. Exceptional Cases
AzulWeb reserves the right to review any refund request on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact us at contact@azulweb.ma and explain your situation.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of your request being validated. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction, through our payment provider Paddle.
