Solstrand Hotel & Bad is a historic hotel founded in 1896, set on the fjord roughly 30 minutes from Bergen, Norway. It offers fjord-view rooms, a spa and bathing experience rooted in Scandinavian tradition, a restaurant built around local ingredients, and dedicated spaces for meetings, retreats, and private events. The project was a complete redesign of the website, rebuilt entirely from scratch to capture the hotel’s timeless character and quiet elegance.
We built an immersive, photography-led experience with smooth navigation across the hotel’s different worlds (rooms, spa, dining, events), while making direct booking simple. The goal was to modernize Solstrand’s online presence without losing its sense of history, while improving SEO visibility in both the Norwegian and international markets.
